Head out on the highway with your favorite law enforcement officers — the Hall County Sheriff’s Department — for Thunder in the Mountains on Saturday, October 26, 2013.
This police-escorted ride will benefit the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes. Enjoy a great ride for a great cause.
This scenic ride will swoop through some of the best bike roads anywhere … Hall, White, Lumpkin and Towns Counties … before ending at Laurel Park on Lake Lanier.
Then, riders are in for a free cookout, door prizes for participants, a 50/50 drawing, music and lots of other fun.
Each rider gets a gift bag and all proceeds will benefit the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes.
The weather? Pfffttt. It’s never too cold to help a kid in need.

- Heading out from the Hall County Courthouse parking deck in downtown Gainesville.
- Registration begins at 9 AM
- Ride begins at 10 AM
- Three-hour ride through North Georgia’s mountains
- Driver fee: $20. Rider: $5.00
