The 10th Annual Pirates of Lanier Charity Poker Run

The 10th Annual Pirates of Lanier Charity Poker Run sails back to Lake Lanier to celebrate the anniversary of the only charity fundraising event that’s sure to shiver your timbers, me hearties!

Pirates of Lanier Charity Poker Run July 19-21, 2018

No need to hide women and children when the Pirates of Lanier sail into Margaritaville between July 19-21.

Yes, sometimes pirates can be kind and generous.  They’re good pirates!  Nary a one is a politician.

They’re not like the pirates that cheated me on home repairs and refused to refund my money.

Want some proof, do ye?  Aye, me buckos.  You keep your sword sharp, don’t ye?

Haarrrr!  Our jolly crew is registered as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  Every piece of eight you toss into the treasure chests will be used to send kids with cancer and other illnesses to camp, where they’ll be treated like kings and queens!  Click Here for Camp Info

What?  You don’t have your own gazillion-horsepower motorboat.  Poor little bunny rabbit.  Yes, there are events that are even planned for us!

The Cheeseburger on Paradise Beach Party

  • Friday, July 20, 2018 from noon until 3 PM
  • On Margaritaville at Lanier Islands’ Paradise Beach at Sunset Cove
  • Boats will gather at the beach and on the docks for this perky Pirate party.
  • Cheeseburgers, hot dogs and soft drinks will be free to all registered participants.

The 10th Annual Pirates of Lanier Charity Poker Run invites you to join in the fun and fundraising.  They also ask that you drive safely — on the lake and in your vehicles — and be considerate of others sharing Lake Lanier.

If you can’t make it to Margaritaville the weekend of July 19-21, 2018, please consider donating to the cause of all good pirates everywhere: helping kids in need.
