Mothers, don't let your babies grow up to be CAT4 crazoids.
Mothers, don’t let your babies grow up to be CAT4 crazoids.

It’s always fun to go places and watch crazy people do really insane things — as long as it’s not at a family reunion.  If it’s been too long since your last craziod event, you’ll want to attend the CAT4 Exhibition at Lanier Islands beginning around 10 AM on Friday, June 19, 2015.

Big time risky sport person Luke Schrab — retired freestyle skier, former freestyle USSA aerialist, top 4 US Open Slopestyle competitor and 4-time Warren Miller athlete — will be there to give a death-defying CAT4 Exhibition of all the stuff you hope your kids never will on Lanier Islands’ lakeside beach, boardwalk and waterpark at LanierWorld.

cat4When LanierWorld opened for their 2015 season, they also opened the lanes of their newest attraction at LanierWorld: CAT4.

CAT4 is a new four-lane slide that begins at the top of a hill near Sunset Cove.

Riders hop aboard a tube, head to one of the four lanes and get ready to race! Once the race begins, riders will fly down the lanes, over the boardwalk and across the beach and out over the water of Lake Lanier.

Ever since Lanier Islands first unleashed CAT4 it has been met with thunderous acclaim from riders, if not from frightened mothers who worry that their kids will launch into orbit around the moon.

Now it’s your turn to see what it can REALLY do! On Friday, June 19, LanierWorld will play host to a CAT4 exhibition of epic proportions featuring the talents of retired freestyle skier, former freestyle USSA aerialist, top 4 US Open Slopestyle competitor and 4-time Warren Miller athlete, Luke Schrab.

Luke currently designs and builds the terrain parks at Timber Ridge Ski Area in Michigan and manages his company, mSnow – which just happens to produce the surface on the CAT 4 slide. The exhibition will also feature freestyle skier and World Cup Circuit slope ski competitor, John Brown.

Come see what crazy people do best at the CAT4 Exhibition at Lanier Islands on June 19, 2015.

Please Note:  These athletes might only look crazy and have not been proven to be really crazy by my brother, who is a doctor.  Thank you.
