Lake Lake House Wanted for Movie Set

houseHere’s your big chance to break into Show Business!

A couple of films are going to be shot on Lake Lanier in the near future.

We cannot tell you the names of the pictures or who’s in them.  That’s kinda top secret — even though I know.  (Neener, neener.)

If you’d like your home to be featured, read what they’re looking for and click where it says Click Here (not here) to send an e-mail to the secret contact person.

Project One

Universal Pictures
What they need: A big lakeside home with a big backyard with views of the lake.
Photos needed: Exterior front and rear of the house, with views of the back yard in particular both from the house and from the lake.   Also, photos of the entry foyer, the yard, back porch, if there is an area for a bonfire, the garage (inside and out) an interior bathroom, front door, living room, 2 bedrooms – 1 master.  If there is a dock photos are appreciated.
When: Filming will take place the first wee in June – with pre/post taking a total of about 7 days.

Project Two

Warner Brothers

What they need:  1. Residential housing for the principle cast members.  Three lake houses – one needs to have a pool, one needs to be pet (dog) friendly.  These should be executive level – fully furnished homes.  Available for rental June and July.  They will be shooting at least 50 days on the lake.

2. Location homes to shoot scenes depicting the characters’ fictional homes. Looking for neighborhoods with two story, homes with lots of curb appeal.

3. Outdoor batting cages – any leads on these within 30 minutes of Lake Lanier are appreciated.

Sorry, but if you rent your house to be in a movie, you will not be allowed to pop out of a closet in a key scene and pretend you’re in the movie.  Nice try.
