Some kids like dolls and some kids like to play in the mud, but the coolest kids like to ride horses.

Lake Lanier Islands invites all the cool kids to the 9th Annual Fall Horse Camp scheduled during Thanksgiving school vacation: Monday — Wednesday, November 25th — the 27th.

This is one of the premier horse camps in the Southeast. All you have to do is bring your child’s lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray and proper riding attire!

Kids will learn all about riding and horse care, while having a blast and making lifelong friends!

Schedule

  • Campers will start out each day with 2 hours of Ride Time before lunch.
  • After lunch, they’ll spend an hour learning all about horses and having fun with arts & crafts.
  • To finish out the day, campers will get to spend 90-minutes riding and learning to drive our beautiful horse-drawn carriage.
  • Parents can pick their kids up from the Equestrian Center no later than 3:15 PM.

Cost

  • Tuition for all three days of camp is $240.
  • Or you can pay a per-day rate of $85.
  • Optional daily activities like ziplining ($35) make Horse Camp even more fun.
  • A special Masterpiece Mixers ($25) is another option.

Each day comes jam-packed with horse-centric activities: plenty of ride time, arts & crafts, educational fun time and learning to drive the horse-drawn carriage!
