We peruse and scour global media to find stories that relate to Lake Lanier and those who appreciate all it offers.

We cover legislative meetings, tragic accidents, cool places for burgers, water parks and idyllic spots to camp.

We surf the Web to bring you news of the Water Wars.

As part of our daily research, we were intrigued by an Op-Ed in tomorrow’s Los Angeles Times.  (Yes, we are that good.)

Some minds will slam shut at the mere reference to a “liberal” paper too biased to report anything except [insert preferred diatribe here].

Thank God we live in America.  Land of the free; especially the free press — where we exercise one of the greatest rights offered in what we believe is the world’s greatest country.

With that in mind, we offer you this perspective on the scarcity and preciousness of water in our great land.
