Suwanee’s Red, White, Bluegrass & Bach Memorial Concert

Suwanee’s Red, White, Bluegrass & Bach Concert in Gwinnett County on Friday, May 26, 2017 is close enough to Lake Lanier to easily attend and far enough away from Atlanta to feel secure.

This family-friendly Memorial Day Weekend celebration combines bluegrass and classical music — perhaps Bach’s Goldberg Concertos on kazoos? — with a fantastic demonstration of skilled soldiers dropping out of the sky to wish everyone a fond welcome from Fort Benning’s Silver Wings parachute crew.

We don’t expect the soldiers to form a woodwind quartet to perform Way Down Upon the Suwanee River  as they descend … but the sky is the limit to the music, food and fun you’ll have on Friday night, May 26th.

It’s also the perfect time to wear a red, white and blue outfit and fit right in with other patriots.

Come see the Fort Benning Silver Wings parachute team flutter into Suwanee’s Town Center Park to kick-off the annual Red, White, Bluegrass & Bach Memorial Day Concert!

Tap a toe to patriotic music of the Main Street Orchestra and bluegrass music from Sideline.

There’s no greater country than America.  Join others who want to celebrate this great nation and those who gave their all to win our freedom.

Red, White, Bluegrass & Bach Concert Schedule
