We’ve had a lot of rain this winter, but not much snow.  Except at Winter Adventure at Lanier Islands where sledding, snowball fights and building snowmen has been a frozen treat … that comes to an end on Monday, February 15, 2016.

There’s still time to speed down slides with ‘crash bag’ landings or romp around the snowy play zones all over Winter Adventure.

Are you tough enough for the triple zip lines that thrill daring riders who race their friends high above the beach and out over Lake Lanier  Not me.  But the Bubble Skating Rink with lots of slippery, slick, spectacular, sudsy delights sound perfect.

Knockerball – where you don’t just play ball, you ARE the ball — is as cool as outdoor fun can get.  Laugh until your sides ache as you roll, flip and bounce your way to exhilarating fun at Winter Adventure.

Winter Adventure closes on February 15th, so come have a cool time before the warm weather returns.

Active and veteran members of the U.S. military, law enforcement officers and fire fighters will be admitted to Winter Adventure free of charge, by presenting a valid ID at the gate.
