Burton Mill Park is really two parks in one. There’s a boat ramp and (in a completely separate area of the park) there’s a white sand beach with a nice swimming area.
The park is directly opposite some of the largest marinas on the lake to expect to see lots of larges boats around this park.
As with all swimming on the lake, please be careful. People have drowned at this beach while swimming outside of the designated areas.
