Dragon Boat Lessons for Beginners at Lake Lanier

Looking for the perfect excuse to blow off a dreaded event? This is it! All you have to say is, “Ohhh! I’d love to [whatever] but I have to go to the Dragon Boat Lessons for Beginners” at the Lanier Canoe and Kayak Club Monday afternoons at 5. Maybe next year?”

Sure, you might lose a friend or family member or eleven. Look on the bright side!

You might never have to pick up a semi-pal at Hartsfield International Traffic Jam and Airport after dark ever again!

What better way could there be to break the news — no matter how much you’d LOVE to help — that you simply can’t help your cousin’s neighbor’s friend’s sister’s hairdresser’s girlfriend move her stuff on Saturday?

Beginner Dragon Boat Practice Mondays at 5:30.

Always wanted to give Dragon Boating a try? Beginner Practice is open to anyone, any age, any experience level.

Just bring $5, a water bottle, and be ready to have fun. Everyone is welcome and there is no commitment- just give it a try!

Please Note: Sorry, but you can’t prank the nasty people you know by signing them up for Dragon Boat lessons. Only nice people need apply. Thank you.

If you’ve been hiking the Appalachian Trail for the past few years, you might not have heard about Dragon Boat racing. If you believe its supporters, it’s the biggest sport around the world since building the Great Wall of China. (And probably WAY more fun.)

Now, I can’t make any promises, but if you take these Dragon Boat lessons for beginners at Lake Lanier Olympic Park, you might be in shape for the enormously popular Atlanta Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival and races that will be held on September 7, 2019.

When you need an excuse … give them the very best. Take Dragon Boat lessons for beginners and never do anything you don’t want to do ever again!
