Live Nativity Returns to Lanier Islands for Christmas 2015

The Live Nativity Returns to Magical Nights of Lights at Lanier Islands
The Live Nativity Returns to Magical Nights of Lights at Lanier Islands

Just two amazing attractions at Lanier Islands — Magical Nights of Lights and Winter Adventure — are simply not enough, so the Live Nativity has returned this Christmas season at the South’s favorite lakeside resort.

Three local organizations are presenting this gift to our community: Cross Pointe Church, Happy Feat and Free Chapel.  Their combined efforts to reenact the Christmas story will be on display in a rustic open-air stable just outside Lanier Islands’ front gates at Peachtree Pointe Amphitheater.

Members of Free Chapel and Cross Pointe Church will alternate performances.  On two very special nights, December 16th and 17th, volunteers and friends with special needs from Happy Feat will perform the Live Nativity.  Happy Feat is dedicated to bettering the lives of special needs children and teens.

Take your family on a slow, six-mile ride through a gazillion twinkling Christmas lights.  Download the Lanier Islands: Magical Nights of Lights app from the App Store or Google Play for more ways to have fun.

This is the best year ever to enjoy Christmas at Lanier Islands!

Merry Christmas from Lanier Islands!
