The Buy Local Safe & Green Expo, presented by the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at the Gainesville Civic Center at 830 Green Street from 2 PM until 7 PM. This event is free and open to the public.
Buy Local will showcase businesses in Greater Hall County and offers great business-to-business networking. Safe & Green connects industry representatives with environmentally friendly services and safety program initiatives for the workplace.
Between 5 PM and 7 PM, Gainesville-Hall County’s Largest Networking Event — Business After Hours — takes place at the Expo, sponsored by AccessNorthGa.com and WDUN.
New this year is a “Taste of Gainesville-Hall County” where Chamber member restaurants and caterers will be providing delicious samples from their menus. Participants include Scott’s Downtown, Atlanta Bread Company, Panera Bread, Oakwood Occasions, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fajitas, Avocados, Mountain Fresh Creamery and more!
“Buy Local will highlight the many products and services that you can find right here in Gainesville-Hall County,” said Vice President of Membership for the Greater Hall Chamber Megan Martin. “Over 60 exhibitors will be on hand offering giveaways and donating great items for drawings throughout the day. We invite the public to attend and take part in supporting our local businesses.”
