Georgia’s Department of Labor’s Gainesville Career Office is located at 2756 Atlanta Highway, less than a mile toward Gainesville from I-985’s Atlanta Highway exit. If you or someone you know is looking for a job, you’ll want to follow those directions to Job Fairs being held at that location.
Many employers and agencies that hire workers have booths at these events and they’re looking for good workers.
Please Note: A “worker” is someone who is willing to work for pay. Those who are not willing to work need not apply.

In order to fill out job applications, you’ll probably need:
- a government-issued ID
- names & contact information for references
- details on your j0b history
- a pen and a
- current resume.
