Not everybody will be happy with Laurel Summer Fest 2014 to be held at Laurel Park on Lake Lanier on Saturday, August 30th & Sunday the 31st.
If, however, you enjoy great live music — including the CMA award-winning artist MamaDear on Saturday afternoon and local favorites Riverstreet on Sunday night — and some of the most mouth-watering and finger-licking fabulous BBQ cooked for the Hawgin’ on Lanier BBQ Competition, you just might find a way to have a good time.
Not enough for you? Sunday night there’s a fireworks display that’s planned to rock you right.
Still too boring? Would a helicopter ride over our magnificent lake give you a whirl? Games for the kids? How about the Hawgzilla 5K Mud Run?
If you like to browse around and look at the arts & crafts displayed by the artsy-ist and crafty-ist folks around, you will love Laurel Summer Fest.
Got a few things of your own that you would display and sell? If you hop to it, you might be able to get a FREE spot to sell your wares! There are not many booths left, but those that remain will be FREE to artsy crafters of all sorts.
