Lake Lanier Water Levels

Lake Lanier was just about 10′ below full summer pool as of 7 AM, Monday, September 17, 2012.

Thankfully, heavy rain in our region will help, but the US Drought Monitor indicates Hall County is in an area of moderate to severe drought, with portions of Georgia to our south experiencing extreme and exceptional droughts.

We hope no one suffers any flood damage from recent storms, but “let it rain, let it rain, let it rain” and may it fill the lake to the brim.

Using the links below, you can check on Lake Lanier’s water levels and access the US Drought Monitor from your computer or portable device.
