The Lake Lanier Olympic Park manager must be able to do many jobs excellently.
A Few Lake Lanier Olympic Park Manager Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred
- Previous Marketing and Special Event Experience is required
- Must be willing to work late and odd hours on weekends and holidays
- Must be able and willing to work manual labor … through the elements
- Must be able to develop camaraderie, rapport and respect among all level
- Ability to promote value, understanding and communication is key
- Key contact for all local, national and international events
- Maintain a professional dress code
- Update website, as needed
- Speak to civic clubs and other groups as requested
- Provide detailed monthly reports to the executive committee on all expenses and events at Olympic Park
- Provide a schedule and task timeline for each event held at Olympic Park
- Provide a budget for each event and generate a report after completion
- The ability to walk on water would be helpful in setting up race events.
