Pig Tales on Lake Lanier is my new favorite restaurant. It’s everything I ever hoped to find (well, almost) for fantastic food right on the lake.
The bad news is Fish Tales Closes for the winter on Sunday, November 19, 2017. The good news is they will reopen in time to take your Hunny Bunny there for Valentine’s Day.
Rib Country BBQ earns my highest possible rating:Â “I can’t wait to go back for more.” Good thing they have six locations around North Georgia.
Visit Smoke House BBQ & Catering near Blackshear Place Baptist Church for unusually good food that’s made and served by unusually friendly folks.
marc at Chateau Elan is Lake Lanier’s newest fine dining establishment. How fine? My meal was, in all sincerity, one of the best I have ever had anywhere.
Would I happily return to The Chophouse at LaPrade’s on Lake Burton?  Probably, now that I know what to expect, in addition to a tasty steak.
