Port Royale Marina and Lakeside Community, is undergoing excitingly expansive multi-million dollar projects and has rejuvenated Lake Lanier’s prior Lan Mar Marina over the past two years and will continue to in the years to come. The project’s owner and visionary, Doug Traina (founder and CEO of T.E.I. Industries, Inc., the umbrella company for the Park Marine family of boating centers) has a Master Plan for the property that spans the length of the lake itself.

Busy With New Construction

Currently the property has a new Leasing Center and state-of-the-art Service Center that sits atop the lake’s bank where, overlooking the water, you’ll see the newly constructed largest floating boating center in the country…the Lighthouse at the Port…right here in our back yard! The new sixty-thousand square foot, neon-lit, complex is set up to house not only food, beverages, ice and lake accessories, but also the new and previously enjoyed Boat Sales operation of the company (Park Marine Boat Sales) and will be home to the third rental operation of the business, Paradise Rental Boats – Lake Lanier. Additionally, to date, over 200 state-of-the-art slips of all sizes have been added, with hundreds more in the works.

Lots of New Rental Options

Paradise Rental Boats, the second location for T.E.I. in Georgia (the first located at Park Marina on Lake Allatoona in Cartersville, Georgia) will offer a large fleet of new pontoons, ski-boats, deck boats, party huts and Waverunners®, plus, exclusive to Paradise, their double-decker party yachts will give the Lake Lanier rental crowd a whole new opportunity for fun on the lake!

Paradise Rental Boats has been in operation on Lake Allatoona for over twenty-five years and enjoys a consistent seventy-percent return rate from their customer base. (They quip, “The other thirty-percent has moved.”)  Renting a boat is a fun and a good alternative to a prospective boat owner who wants to “get the feel” of it first. In fact, Park Marine Boating Center offers Paradise Rental customers a break if they purchase a boat from any one of the seven Park Marine locations. Park Marine returns (or credits) the rental fee back to the customer at the time of purchase. The Park Marine and Port Royale family of boating centers has seven locations in Georgia: four on Lake Allatoona, one in Kennesaw, one in Gainesville and one on Lake Lanier. The company, as a whole, is, for sure, your one stop shop for boating in Georgia!

Every one of the seven locations houses its own Service Center so whether you live on the Allatoona/Kennesaw side of Atlanta or the Lanier/Gainesville side, you’re covered when it comes to servicing your watercraft.

The new state-of-the-art Service Center at Port Royale staffs six full-time Certified Technicians, and a Service Manager. All locations are overseen by Kevin Allen, T.E.I.’s Corporate Service Director. Customer satisfaction is Job One company-wide.
