Team Sport Factory invites you to attend our Open Water Swim Clinic to benefit My First Bike.
Sunday, July 26th from 8am-10:30am in Lanier Park at Lake Lanier.
Overview- We will review and practice race starts, entries, and exits, sighting/ navigation, buoy turns, wetsuits, tactics, and swimming in a pack. Clinic is open to all levels of swimmers including beginners and will include a 500m open water swim.
Following the clinic there will be a continental breakfast and friendship.
Feel free to arrive a few minutes early. We will begin with brief instruction then the open water swim at 8am.
What to Bring– You will need a swimsuit, swim cap and pair of goggles.
Fees- Clinic fee $40 and all proceeds will go towards the purchase of an adaptive cycle through My First Bike.
The parking fee at Lanier Park is $4.00.
Lanier Park is located on Lanier Park Road off of Buford Dam Road in Buford.
