will look closely at the Listingware.com pages, you will see you can sort the
listings in various ways (low to high, subdivision, area code, county, and
MLS# - play with these and become familiar). Also, note the Homefinders link
that allows you to stay in touch with new listings as you become more serious
about buying.

- The "Neighborhoods" link shows the types of new and existing neighborhoods around Lake
Lanier. We will try to show interactive maps of these neighborhoods so you can find them easier. We will try to
keep these up to date but we will need input from our viewers to insure that
we do. Let us know if an interesting neighborhood is missing and send us the info at the
emailus@ link at the top of the page. Help us make our real estate section a quality
experience for the viewer!

Our "Local Directory" summarizes many of the links on the various web sites describing Lake Lanier. One of the page's interesting features is how it is formatted. For all towns/counties, we have created the appropriate "keywords" and sent them to "Local Google" which returns a map of of icons that clearly depict where all these references are in the Lake Lanier Area. the viewer can replace these keywords with there own and find more specific inforamtion...better that a regular search engine by far in this usage. Oh, and please don't miss trying out the "directions" feature of these maps. You get a very nice looking visual map as well as text. A side feature is that the Google links displays the map coordinates. The page is arranged so the viewer doesn't have to bounce around from page to page looking. Let us know if we have missed any great places.

- "Lake Lanier Maps (Interactive)" uses the Google API
format which means we can create them especially for our site and inside OUR
pages. These maps show "clickable" icons that will provide more data and often
links to other pages or web sites. Use your mouse to drag the map, double
click to center the map and click on the zoom in and zoom out controls. Try the
satellite and hybrid controls at the upper right. You can zoom in to several
hundred feet abovethe area. The actual image may be from one to two years old
so don't try to "spy on your neighbor" :-)
We also use the standard
Local Google maps thru out the site. Often,
reproducing the information on our site is unnecessary. These latter
maps, like other pages on our site, often open a new browser (sometimes
referred to as a popup window). We only do this to provide more information,
not to sell you something. If your popup control software tries to stop
the page from loading, just use the '"allow this site" option and you can see
the "whole story".

- The "Builders" link contains a
comprehensive listing and links for all the National and Georgia builders and developers that we can find listed. We are always looking for more. they may or may not be currently involved in projects on Lake Lanier.
Send more of them to us and we will make a strong effort to get them listed on this page.

- The "Golf Courses Around Lake Lanier" link is
similiar to the builders link. These pages will take a while to smooth
out but with viewer feedback we will make it a highly informative.

- The "Lake Lanier Local Attractions" link will
describe where to go and what to do for visitors to the
lake. We provide maps of the courses, addresses and links. We may add the courses characteristics later (complextity, prices, etc.). Let know what else would be helpful. A Local Google Map will also be added.
