Hiking on Lake Lanier

Keith Bridge Park — or Keith’s Bridge Park — is a picnic paradise with tables and grills along the shore of Lake Lanier, with playgrounds for the kids.

Keith Bridge is one of dozens of areas managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers on Lanier.  We are thankful for so many parks for walking and hiking, camping, boating, swimming and finding duckies in the clouds.

The boat ramp at Keith Bridge Park is open all year.

Drive to the end of the parking lot and take the walkway down to a beautiful, secluded beach.

You must swim at your own risk, so be careful.  The beach is open during spring and summer.

The address is 9270 Old Keith Bridge Road, Gainesville, 30506.  Old Keith Bridge Road is near the intersection of Dawsonville Highway (Rt 53) and Keith Bridge Road (Rt 306).

Restrictions at Keith Bridge Park

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all USACE parks.  Possession of alcohol by anyone in attendance can result in immediate termination of rental, eviction of entire party from park and forfeit of any monies.  Amplified live music and PA systems are not allowed.

There are a million ways to have fun with friends and family on Lake Lanier!
