The Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club (LCKC) has retained the glory of the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue, where visitors from around the world experienced the 1996 Olympic Games.

Members of LCKC honor the club’s global reputation for excellence.  A few are in Milan, Italy, preparing for the ICF Flatwater Sprint World Championships over the weekend of August 20-23, 2015.

That’s the first qualification event for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.  The second and final chance to qualify occurs next May at the PanAmerican Qualifer, here at the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue.
